About the Role

Planful is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll develop and manage core customer marketing programs, with an emphasis on reference management, bringing to life the success stories of our current customers in order to advance the sales cycle with potential customers.. The position requires a highly motivated, proactive, and personable individual to be able to work with all levels of an organization internally and externally. This person needs to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, exhibit out-of-the-box thinking, and take great pride in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow the Customer Reference Program through collaboration with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to strategically enable and advance commercial initiatives
  • Manage customer programs such as the customer community, monthly customer newsletter, case studies, testimonials, and User Groups from conception to completion
  • Track and analyze data to assess the ROI of the Customer Reference Program and use insights to strategically strengthen program efforts
  • Create and manage the budget and supply of customer rewards and incentives
  • Enable customers to contribute and share their experience on technology review sites and analyst reports

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-4 years of progressive relevant experience in either marketing, sales, or customer success
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with proven record of driving positive business results
  • Self-starter with desire to develop new programs from conception to completion
  • Exceptional analytical skills & business acumen; high capacity to synthesize data & insights
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously while being organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude with the desire to work collaboratively with internal and external teams

Pay Transparency Statement

At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.
