Compensation & Benefits
At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team with a primary focus on lifecycle and customer expansion. This role is crucial in building and scaling data-driven customer lifecycle programs that drive product adoption, retention, and expansion.
This is not a basic nurture-campaign role; it demands an experienced, data-driven strategist who can translate complex customer and product data into targeted, measurable lifecycle programs. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Customer Enablement, and Product Marketing to ensure customers realize maximum value from our platform and are equipped to use what they’ve purchased with confidence.
- Lifecycle Strategy & Programs: Drive the execution of the customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding through renewal and win-back. You will support segmented, data-driven automations that directly support our $MM expansion goals through whitespace and upsell nurture campaigns.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools to build targeted, automated lifecycle journeys.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Translate lifecycle insights into actionable recommendations for Account Managers and Customer Success. Use their feedback to refine segments, moments, and messaging across the customer journey.
- Education & Adoption: Identify gaps in customer understanding and product usage. Lead targeted campaigns that increase user confidence and product "stickiness" by repurposing content for specific personas.
- AI-Enabled Workflows: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to assist with audience segmentation, content drafting, and campaign ideation, demonstrating a willingness to experiment with new tools to improve outcomes.
- Measurement & Iteration: Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback from field teams to iteratively refine journeys and showcase the impact of campaigns on revenue growth.
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B lifecycle or customer marketing, with a proven track record of designing programs that drive adoption and expansion.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM; comfortable building segments, workflows, and complex reports.
- Data Fluency: Familiarity with using customer usage and behavior data for targeting. You can self-serve analysis to identify opportunities and track program impact.
- AI Curiosity: Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of how they can be applied to marketing workflows (content drafting, segmentation, optimization).
- Strategic Mindset: A thinker who can prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive cross-functional projects independently from problem definition to launch.
- Communication: Clear and concise communicator; able to distill complex problems into straightforward plans and engage stakeholders across the business.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
- Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
- AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
- Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter prior to the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.
Salary Range: 100,000-110,000 CAD
- Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; [401k/RRSP] matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.
Perceptyx is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.
- Perceptyx is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer. In compliance with the ADA and applicable state/local law, Perceptyx will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
- In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Perceptyx provides accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know.
