Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
• Ontario: $144,000- $185,000
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3 personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.

What you will do:
- Ensuring that all contractual and operational deliveries are fulfilled towards the customer throughout the full life cycle of the commercial engagement to the agreed performance levels.
- Performing the Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) role as part of the Core-3 engagement.
- Taking part in Project Steering Groups relevant to their commercial engagements
- Managing large teams of professional employees or programs with accountability for the performance and results of the team
- Evaluating key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions
- Driving and be accountable for compliance to group, legal, financial, Health & Safety directives for project activities
- Persuades managers and leaders to take action and / or negotiates with external partners / vendors / customers
- Actively contributes to simplification and development of processes, methods, and tools by creating and driving new requirements through the product life cycle management process
The skills you bring:
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication and MBA (Master in Business Administration or similar)
- 7+ years of experience in project management or service delivery in wireless telecom
- A strong technical background in telecommunications technologies, planning tools, and systems with a continuous learning attitude to stay current and adaptable with all technological advances. Domain knowledge of Ericsson RAN,
- Transport and Network Services (NRO / NDO) is considered an asset
- Experience in supporting and participating in pre-sales and commercial engagements with customers
- Experience of leveraging data, automation, and AI/ML based technologies where you successfully access, interpret, and utilize information and insights to make informed and ethical decisions.
- Experience in managing and being accountable for the value and benefit delivery of a defined program based on compliance to relevant regulations and laws with an ethical guiding principle.
- Prior experience of leading Networks projects with customers is a plus.
