Role Overview

The Customer Product Experience, Success, and Strategy Manager is responsible for owning the delivery of the end‑to‑end customer experience for all customer‑facing data, IoT, and AI products and solutions. Specific data, IoT, and AI Product domain knowledge is not critical, but successful delivery of customer experiences is. You will ensure that customer needs, experience goals, and success outcomes defined in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) are fully realized in the delivered product experience. While the Product Strategy team owns BRDs, and UI/UX and Design teams own experience execution, this role acts as the experience integrator and accountability owner, ensuring alignment across strategy, delivery, and customer‑facing teams. You will serve as a critical interface between the Product Strategy Team, UI/UX and Design System teams, and Technical Program Management, ensuring that products launch with a cohesive, high‑quality experience that drives adoption, trust, and measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Product Strategy team throughout the BRD lifecycle and participate in problem definition, opportunity shaping, and BRD reviews.

  • Own the end‑to‑end customer experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing use for all IoT and AI products.

  • Act as the single point of accountability for customer experience outcomes, even though execution is distributed across multiple teams.

  • Serve as the primary interface to teams responsible for UI/UX delivery, Design systems, and Interaction and experience design.

  • Translate BRD‑defined customer needs and experience goals into clear guidance for experience delivery teams.

  • Co-create and ensure delivery mechanisms are in place for experience‑focused success metrics.

  • Partner with analytics, product, and customer success teams to monitor experience performance.

  • Translate strategic experience intent into execution‑ready experience guidance.

  • Participate in milestone, design, and release readiness reviews through a customer experience lens.

  • Ensure that external launch and customer success teams have completed all required customer‑facing readiness activities prior to launch.

  • Communicate how customer experience goals are being delivered and provide leadership with visibility into experience health and adoption trends, customer feedback and insights, and risks to experience or value realization.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, customer experience, marketing, or digital solution delivery.

  • Experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders understanding needs and facilitating communication.

  • Proven ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and customer‑facing teams without direct authority.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Strategic Communications, Product Design, or relevant certifications required.

  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with experience owning outcome‑based success.

  • Ability to translate strategy into experience expectations.

  • Experience goals defined in BRDs are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Products launch with complete, validated customer‑facing readiness.

  • Customers adopt, trust, and successfully use IoT, Data, and AI solutions.

  • Leadership has confidence that customer experience is owned and delivered end‑to‑end.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
