Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer questions, resolve issues, and support a positive customer experience. You will work with supervisors and team members and receive training on company systems and procedures.
