The System Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, deploying, and integrating complex solutions across multiple domains and business groups. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of Nokia and third-party platforms to meet operator-specific requirements for service integration and business management systems. The position involves creating architecture and implementation plans, managing rollback and disaster recovery procedures, and contributing to strategic decisions within the professional area. While not customer-facing, the role requires collaboration with product lines, solution management, and project teams to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement architecture and technical infrastructure for complex projects.
  • Develop and manage rollback, migration, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Integrate Nokia solutions and third-party platforms to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with product lines, solution management, and project teams.
  • Contribute to Systems Integration (SI) delivery process improvements.
  • Document knowledge using tools such as SharePoint, ShareNet, and Yammer.
  • Solve complex problems using advanced analytical and judgment skills.
  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity.
  • Support team development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
     
Qualifications
  • Expertise in system integration and customization of solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
  • Ability to create architecture, design, and implementation plans.
  • Knowledge of rollback, migration, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like SharePoint and Yammer.
  • Strategic decision-making and process improvement capabilities.
  • Cross-cultural communication and global mindset.
  • Experience in managing functional teams or projects.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree.
