What You'll Do
Keep our outreach and follow-up message cadences on track. You’ll make sure client relationships, old and new, get consistent attention instead of falling through the cracks.
Design and run warm and cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email) on behalf of our leadership team, helping them grow their professional networks without adding to their workload.
Take recurring administrative and sales-support work off our leaders' plates, including but not limited to: Scheduling, research prep, CRM upkeep, and follow-up drafting.
Help re-engage long-standing client relationships that haven't had recent attention, surfacing opportunities for our leaders to reconnect.
Support our client meetings calendar and post-meeting follow-up
Help drive campaigns to build awareness of our solution capabilities
Keep our CRM clean, current, and actually useful.
What You'll Bring
Exposure to sales operations, marketing operations, executive/sales support, or an operations-type role (new grads with the right instincts welcome to apply).
Excellent written communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable drafting outreach messages and internal executive communications.
Highly organized, reliable, and process-minded. You like building systems and keeping them running and have a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using (or quickly learning) a CRM, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted productivity/outreach tools.
A confident and diplomatic communicator. You'll be reminding senior leaders to follow through on commitments, tactfully and persistently.
No existing client network or sales/closing experience required! We're looking for someone who can build and run a great system, not someone who already has a Rolodex.

Takes initiative without being asked, identifies opportunities, and moves work forward independently.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and quickly learning new tools or approaches.
