About Us

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.

Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.

Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.

About the Position

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Enablement Manager to help drive clarity, consistency, and continuous learning across Constructor’s Global Customer Success teams. You’ll play a critical role in operationalizing onboarding for new hires and overall everboarding strategy including ongoing education, curating centralized knowledge resources, and AI tools in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong blend of customer success, sales and product enablement expertise, program management, learning science, stakeholder management, and AI tool fluency.

You will:

  • Support ongoing Customer Success training initiatives by helping to plan, build, and maintain scalable Customer Success enablement content beyond onboarding.

  • Curate and maintain centralized knowledge resources, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Customer Success, Revenue Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Help operationalize the everboarding strategy, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

  • Organize and update internal learning assets, ensuring documentation is easy to find, up-to-date, and aligned with sales priorities.

  • Manage internal communications related to enablement, such as newsletters, training calendars, and update broadcasts to reduce noise and increase clarity.

  • Collect feedback and track program impact, using data to assess adoption, knowledge retention, and performance improvements.

  • Support regional enablement needs, ensuring content is localized and relevant for diverse sales teams across markets.

Weekly Enablement Duties:
  • Onboarding: Ensuring new Customer Success Managers deliver value as quickly as possible. Examples: Refining and managing segment-specific onboarding curricula.

  • Product Enablement: Equip the Customer Success teams to both understand customer needs and tie to Constructor’s full capabilities, as well as aid customers with implementation and business value realization of new product releases. Examples: Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to create live and eLearning based training and enablement content. This role will have a direct partnership with Product and will need to effectively represent their post-sales and implementation audience.

  • Skill Training & Coaching: Enabling customer success to consistently articulate our value to customers. Examples: Reinforcing our sales methodology and supporting a manager-led coaching program, as well as driving programmatic efforts to improve our story-telling capabilities.

  • Competitive Enablement: Work with Product Marketing to enable Customer Success to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors. Examples: Refining battle cards and other competitive job aids. Creating a rhythm for competitive enablement and feedback.

  • AI Enabled Workflows: Get maximum ROI from our GTM stack by integrating AI-driven enablement (i.e. automated assignment scoring, AI based coaching, and generative asset creation) to scale training delivery. Examples: learning management system, customer success asset management, call analytics platform, sales intelligence platforms. (i.e. Articulate, Planhat, Gong, Claude, Notion, Letter AI)

  • Internal Communications: Provide timely and easy access to all information customer success teams need to do their jobs. Examples: Managing content management platform and creating/maintaining content on processes/motions/priorities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and recognition. Examples: Monitor enablement completion/usage data and customer success production data to recognize top performers and to identify learning/performance gaps (and align with customer success leadership to address those gaps)

Role Responsibilities: Customer Success Enablement
  • Define and Map the Customer Success Manager Journey: Partner with Customer Success leadership to codify what an exceptional Customer Success Manager does at Constructor, translating their daily workflows, lifecycle touchpoints, and customer milestones into a structured enablement roadmap.

  • Build Technical & Commercial Playbooks: Develop actionable playbooks, talking points, and training modules that equip to confidently explain complex e-commerce search concepts (like transformers, LLMs, and A/B testing metrics) to both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Accelerate CSM Time-to-Productivity: Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding framework specifically for new CSMs, ensuring they quickly master Constructor’s proprietary platform capabilities and customer-facing best practices.

  • Continuous Product & Strategy Alignment: Serve as the core bridge between Product, Marketing, and the Customer Success team to continuously train on new feature rollouts, competitive battlecards, and value realization strategies.

  • Equip for Retention & Expansion: Create targeted enablement resources that help identify health risks, navigate renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities within their books of business.
