Build the data infrastructure for robots operating in the real world.
Robotics is moving from research labs into production across factories, warehouses, vehicles, and field deployments. When robots fail, behave unexpectedly, or need to be improved, engineers rely on data to understand what actually happened.
At Foxglove, we build the observability, visualization, and data infrastructure that makes that possible. Our tools are used by robotics and autonomous systems teams to ingest, store, query, replay, and analyze massive volumes of multimodal sensor data from live systems and from production fleets.
About the roleFoxglove is used by some of the biggest names in the robotics industry, across verticals such as warehouse automation, autonomous driving, agriculture, and deep sea exploration. Our customer base is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer to help us expand our ability to support our customers in achieving their target outcomes throughout these different industry verticals.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging the Foxglove platform to meet their development and commercialization goals by providing world-class technical support, working closely with Foxglove’s product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and growing to become a go-to reference point internally and externally for all things technical.
Our ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the robotics or autonomous vehicles industry, using Foxglove or similar tools. A strong understanding of typical robotics development workflows is important, and a basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture is also helpful. On a typical day, you may engage with everyone from a VP Engineering at a fortune 500 company, to students or individual developers at a small startup. You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and enjoy solving problems and designing processes as you go.
