The Customer Success Manager will support customers from onboarding to long-term success, working closely with tech teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and isn’t afraid to get a bit technical. If you get excited about supporting developers, scaling cool blockchain projects, and working with a friendly international team — you’ll fit right in!
ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do- Be the go-to partner for your customers — from first call to long-term success.
- Help to grow a portfolio and guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of Tatum.
- Keep an eye on product usage and step in when someone needs help or a nudge.
- Work closely with our tech teams to figure out solutions to tricky problems.
- Suggest improvements and share customer insights (we love feedback!).
- Look for opportunities to help customers grow with Tatum.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
- Experience working with API-based or developer-focused technologies.
- General understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 environments.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamically changing startup environment.
- Proficient in using CRM, project management, and customer engagement tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure industries.
- Technical background or familiarity with reading technical documentation.
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts and long-term success planning.
