Position Overview

The Client Success Manager works to ensure that our customers maximize the value they receive from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful, and the Customer Success Manager drives that success every day. In this role, you'll manage a diverse book of business of high-growth brands. The Customer Success Manager works to drive value that leads to expansion, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current customer accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision-makers. In this role, the Customer Success Manager will work with the Sales team to help expand current customer engagements by working with customers/agencies to find opportunities for growth. This person will help monitor and communicate areas in which customers are missing out on potential benefits of using our platform. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction through tailored strategies and solutions.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through implementation.
  • Help create scalable processes, documentation, and materials to support customer questions.
  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data in our platform, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our offerings.
  • Identify expansion opportunities that increase profitability.
  • Maintain a high retention rate.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Advanced knowledge in Google Ads, SEO best practices, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in an Agency environment with multiple customers.
  • Great presentation skills: the ability to put together presentations that show meaningful information using charts and impactful numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze and find meaningful opportunities for customers from raw data.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated track record of growing existing business in a high-tech/Digital Marketing space.
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.
  • Well-versed in value-based solution selling and objection handling.
  • Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow-up skills that allow nothing to fall through the cracks.
  • High confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone and email. Along with a positive, engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Inspired by working in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Savvy with CRM tools, G-Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel preferable.
