Client Success Manager — Home Improvement Marketing Agency

Remote | Full-Time | Independent Contractor | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST

We're a fast-growing Meta ads agency that helps kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies grow. We build the creatives in-house, run the ads, and help our clients turn leads into booked jobs. Our clients range from established local remodelers to large regional companies across the U.S.

We're scaling, and we want an experienced Client Success Manager who has done this before. You'll own a book of home improvement clients and help us build a world-class client success system as we grow.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll work inside a pod with our media buying and creative team, alongside another CSM, and report directly to the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end

• Start with around 20 accounts and grow to 40–50 at full load.

• Be the main point of contact for every client: you own the relationship, retention and results.

• Spend your first month shadowing our current CSM, then take over your own group of clients.

Drive retention and growth

• Run regular check-ins and keep clients clear on their results, lead flow and next steps.

• Spot problems before the client does and escalate them to the team the same day.

• Make sure expected MRR is collected on time.

• Earn referrals, reviews and testimonials from happy clients.

Help build the system

• Bring proven CS processes: onboarding, client health tracking, reporting cadence and churn saves.

• Document what works so the team can scale it.

HOW TO STAND OUT

In your application, tell us which home improvement or contractor clients you've managed, how many accounts you handled at once, and a time you saved a client who was about to churn. Specifics, not buzzwords.

Requirements

WHO THIS IS FOR

• Client success or account management experience with home improvement or contractor clients — kitchen and bath remodeling ideally. This is our #1 requirement.

• You've personally managed 20+ client accounts at the same time.

• Agency experience, ideally in lead generation or Meta/Google ads for local service businesses.

• Experience at a scaling company where you helped build CS processes, not only followed them.

• You're organized and fast, and you follow up without being chased.

• You communicate with clarity and confidence, and you handle difficult client conversations.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

• You've never worked with home improvement or contractor clients.

• You've only managed one in-house brand or a handful of enterprise accounts.

• You need a fully built playbook and someone telling you what to do every day.

• You avoid tough conversations with clients.

Benefits

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• Base pay plus performance bonuses — On-Target Earnings of $8,000–$10,000/month.

• Monthly bonuses tied to MRR collected, qualified referrals booked, client reviews and testimonials.

• 100% remote, independent contractor role.

• Clear growth path: lead a team of CSMs as CSM Manager, with room to grow into pod management / operations leadership.
