Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the VP, Product Line Strategy & Business Development the Customer Success Manager Responsible for customer on-boarding of strategic accounts, business intelligence reporting that includes quote versus actual analysis and invoicing alignment, and active customer project updates for the critical power portfolio.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Quote vs Actuals Analysis: Conduct financial analyses comparing quoted prices with actual costs to identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost optimization to balance key deliverables between profitability and improving customer satisfaction by ensuring transparency in pricing.
  • Business Intelligence Support: Provide data-driven insights by product, by customer that contributes to project team success and value add product opportunities for customers
  • Customer Relationship Management: achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Determines customer success requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills
