The Role

    We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our growing US team based in New York City. The Customer Success team is responsible for driving an exceptional experience and sustained value for Intenseye customers through building trust, providing strategic guidance, and consulting on the Intenseye platform. The outcome is realized and increased value, satisfaction, and renewal of our customers. 

    This role is a strong fit for someone who is:

    • Brings a high-ownership, get-it-done orientation—reliable, responsive, and accountable for outcomes

    • Communicates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, and is building their presence as a trusted point of contact

    • Has  strong fundamentals of customer success

What you'll do

    • Be the trusted advisor and advocate for new US and global customers

    • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction with our platform

    • Engage customers proactively through regular strategy calls to help them derive maximum value from their investment in Intenseye while identifying new usage opportunities

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer adoption and support successful renewals

    • Understand customer goals and co-develop customized strategic plans while reinforcing customer accountability

    • Monitor customer health and develop risk mitigation plans

    • Resolve customer inquiries by connecting them with the right teams and resources

    • Identify opportunities for upselling, deeper product adoption, and optimization of the customer’s current investment

What we are looking for

    • Passionate about customer success and delivering an exceptional customer experience

    • Professional experience as a Customer Success Manager within a SaaS company

    • Able to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders to strengthen partnership and value realization

    • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed, fast-moving team

    • Available to work on-site in NYC (Chelsea) 3 days per week

    • Experience in or strong understanding of the manufacturing, industrial, warehouse or operational environments

    • Experience in AI tools and workstreams

    • Startup mindset: High ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment.

    • Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites.
