You will accelerate customer time to value by expertly coordinating the delivery of onboarding, implementation, integration, and consulting services. In partnership with Veza services and GTM teams, this direct interaction with customers will empower them to quickly and successfully adopt the Veza platform, ultimately strengthening their security posture and driving their business outcomes. By ensuring seamless implementations,and technical onboarding, you'll play a key role in Veza's rapid growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Success - Open Authorization API Architect at Veza, you will be partnering with our customers to share product expertise, best practices and strategically advise in the fields of identity and security. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation: Design, Test and Deliver API driven integrations between Veza and various products used by our customers.
  • Customer Engagement & Project Management: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, develop the solution, and partner with customers to successfully deploy the solution in the customer environment.
  • Technology Integration & Development: Build and manage integrations leveraging Python, REST APIs, SQL and other data sources while working with identity management and ETL processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver customer enablement sessions to help customers develop the capabilities to build custom connectors themselves.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Backend Engineering or a similar technical role.
  • Experience using APIs to automate tasks, create workflows or exchange data.
  • Strong customer engagement and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Linux, and Windows Server.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business goals and technical execution.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Domain experience with identity management (IAM), identity governance and administration (IGA) and identity security is a strong plus.

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
