Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is a full-time role located in RTP, NC. This person will be responsible for leading TruTechnologies' implementation efforts across multiple clinical drug trials simultaneously. Primary responsibilities will include leading projects through the development of project plans, managing customer relationships, and coordinating the activities between various teams and resources. This includes facilitating the day-to-day operations and interactions of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of a full project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a passion for service to clients, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and possess excellent organization and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships with TruTechnologies' customers

  • Design comprehensive project plans and concurrently manage several projects

  • Assign responsibilities and ensure accountable to meet deadlines and achieve goals

  • Coordinate the activities and interactions of various groups, internally and externally

  • Effectively communicate updates and responsibilities to drive success in a timely manner

  • Work closely with site staff and pharma employees to ensure implementation success and resolve issues as they arise

  • Identify and mitigate risk factors to ensure successful deployments

  • Report directly to the TruTechnologies leadership team

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with detailed focus

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate actions between multiple groups of people

  • Proven project management experience, PMP is preferred but not required

  • A strong attention to detail

  • A passion for how new technology can innovate and drive progress
