Your role at Clorox:

As the Customer Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and Club Channel Customers. Through development of your operational expertise, internal/external partnerships and data-driven insights, you will increase supply chain efficiencies and drive financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and our Club Channel Customers. As part of a high-performing team, you will proactively improve processes and seek out opportunities to enable best-in-class operations and optimize cost-to-serve.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and Walmart. KPIs include:
    • Order fill rate 
    • On-time and in-full shipment/delivery 
    • Inventory health and on-shelf availability 
    • Compliance program performance   
  • Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint supply chain 
  • Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to meet demand, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions and execute product portfolio changes  
  • Assist in the development of joint business plans with key stakeholders 
  • Develop partnerships across key stakeholders including internal/external Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance to leverage best practices and create cross-functional alignment 
  • Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term, leading-edge capabilities

What we look for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to operational excellence and achieve KPI targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of Walmart's supply chain processes and requirements is a plus.

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900

–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100

–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
