Provide bilingual (Spanish) remote customer support: answer product/service questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and handle inquiries and complaints.

Required Qualifications:
- Be a United States resident
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Pass Background Check
- Pass Drug Screening
- Bilingual in Spanish
