We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to help manage customer requests and coordinate their resolution. You will communicate with customers, track open issues, and work with internal teams to make sure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Respond to customer questions and service requests

  • Track and coordinate open customer issues

  • Work with internal teams to resolve requests

  • Follow up with customers and provide updates

  • Maintain accurate customer records and support notes

  • Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback

  • Help maintain a consistent, positive customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous customer service, support, coordination, or administrative experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organization and follow-up skills

  • Customer-focused and professional approach

  • Comfortable managing multiple requests at once

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE
  • Customer support or contact center experience

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems

  • Food service, hospitality, or retail experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
