Some of what you will do:

The Customer Experience Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This role supports day-to-day operations by managing customer reporting, vendor forms, backorders, inventory increase requests and troubleshooting order issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment, delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.

Specifically, You Will:

  • Work closely with sales to understand and execute customized customer reporting 

  • Manage and maintain customer reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Complete and deliver vendor forms as required.

  • Support back-order processes, including troubleshooting orders, rekeying orders, and following up with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Process Inventory Increase Requests and ensure proper tracking and documentation.

  • Act on customer inquiries related to orders, back orders, providing clear and timely communication.

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer and operational issues efficiently.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and share best practices with the team when it comes to backorders.

 

Some of what you need:

  • College or University or relevant experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues effectively.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with inventory management and vendor processes.

  • 2-5 years relevant experience – sales/merchandising or procurement

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Business Operations.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams and departments.
