Some of what you will do:
The Customer Experience Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This role supports day-to-day operations by managing customer reporting, vendor forms, backorders, inventory increase requests and troubleshooting order issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment, delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.
Specifically, You Will:
Work closely with sales to understand and execute customized customer reporting
Manage and maintain customer reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Complete and deliver vendor forms as required.
Support back-order processes, including troubleshooting orders, rekeying orders, and following up with internal teams to resolve issues.
Process Inventory Increase Requests and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
Act on customer inquiries related to orders, back orders, providing clear and timely communication.
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer and operational issues efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and share best practices with the team when it comes to backorders.
Some of what you need:
College or University or relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues effectively.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation.
Familiarity with inventory management and vendor processes.
2-5 years relevant experience – sales/merchandising or procurement
Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Business Operations.
Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams and departments.
