WE ARE HIRING

D365 F&O Application Specialist (80-100%)

About Colosseum Dental Group

Colosseum Group is one of Europe’s leading multi-site healthcare services groups, operating across 11 countries with over 650 clinics and over 12’500+ colleagues.

Headquartered in Zurich and backed by a long-term family office investor, the group is in an exciting phase of growth, expansion via M&A and transformation.

The group has a strong presence in markets including the Nordics, Germany, and Switzerland, with a growing reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centric care, serving over 6 million patients a year.

The role

In this role, you will play a key part in rolling out D365 F&O across our group, while also supporting and improving our existing implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior functional consultant who wants to combine hands-on implementation work with genuine international finance exposure.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations in various countries within the Colosseum, from design through go-live and hypercare
  • Act as a functional expert for Finance and Accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, and financial reporting
  • Translate local and group finance requirements into D365 F&O solutions, in close cooperation with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders across countries
  • Support and continuously improve existing D365 F&O implementations and their integrated sub-systems (e.g. Treasury, P2P, AP/AR), resolving issues and identifying opportunities for process optimisation and standardisation across the group
  • Work closely with supply chain and other functional colleagues to ensure integrated, end-to-end process design where finance and operations processes intersect
  • Prepare functional documentation, configure the system, support testing, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to local finance teams
  • Act as a bridge between local country teams and the central implementation team, ensuring clear, accurate communication throughout each project

What You Bring

Non-negotiable:

  • Senior-level experience as a D365 Finance & Operations functional consultant, with deep, hands-on expertise in the Finance and Accounting modules
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes gained within international companies
  • Experience with several full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects (design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support)
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written, as you will work with stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with finance, project and IT teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support implementations on-site

Strongly preferred:

  • Working knowledge of D365 F&O supply chain management modules (procurement, inventory)
  • Experience working in a shared-service or multi-entity/multi-country group structure
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Platform or D365 integrations
  • An interest in designing and developing customisations, where standard functionality doesn't meet requirements, following Microsoft best practice and upgrade-safe principles (not mandatory)

You as a person:

  • Hands-on, self-sufficient with a pragmatic can-do attitude
  • Naturally curious to improve our D365 F&O environment every step of the process
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling organisation
  • Collaborative and direct to influence without authority across country teams

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to grow and build a mature D365 F&O platform across 11 countries
  • A modern technology environment with an appetite for long-term investments
  • A high-autonomy environment where your proactivity actively shapes the company. We back your career growth with visibility and learning opportunities.
  • A collaborative, professional environment where your functional and finance expertise is valued and given real ownership
  • A purpose-driven organisation: Our mission is to provide modern, quality dentistry services for the benefit of patients, dentists, colleagues and shareholders, striving for continuous growth and excellence.

If interested, please send your CV together with a brief summary on your relevant experience to Elisa Salaberri, our Talent Acquisition Partner for this role, via [email protected]. Please note that we can only consider candidates who are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
