Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect

Job Summary:

Avantiico is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect who will be part of our US Delivery team to lead enterprise-scale implementations and design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll be working with cross-functional teams, client project teams, and business stakeholders. You'll also partner closely with our Sales and ISV teams to support pre-sales activities around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), Avantiico ISVs (particularly Avantiico's Advanced Multi-Company Solution), or the broader Microsoft platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect the implementation, upgrade, and support of Microsoft Dynamics® 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) with a focus on Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Project Management and Accounting, and other financial focused areas
• Provide end-to-end functional and architectural oversight for customizations, ISV integrations, performance and scalability decisions.
• Lead client workshops, fit-gap analyses, and system design sessions.
• Support data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementation projects.
• Contribute to the development of functional documentation, training materials, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Finance, Manufacturing, Data, and Power Platform to deliver holistic solutions.
• You will have the periodic responsibility of troubleshooting and resolving customer support cases in your area of expertise, as assigned by the Managed Services Manager.
• Provide technical and functional support for Avantiico’s Advanced Multi-Company Solution (AMCS), supporting pre-sales engagements, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to ongoing solution improvements.
• Additionally, this role will assist in pre-sales/marketing activities including but not limited to producing written content, short videos, webinars, discovery calls, and in-person presentations.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Skills/Abilities:

• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management in a Consulting role
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules and functional capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Project Management and Accounting, and other financial focused areas
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, or ISVs
• Proven ability in solution scoping and estimation; hands-on experience supporting sales efforts through solution demonstrations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong advisory and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership of end-to-end projects

Nice to Have:

• Cross-functional knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules and key functional areas is a plus
• Current certification is a plus or the ability to obtain one after joining within 90 days of employment
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI, or third-party ISVs
• Experience with Seer365 and the GYDE365 application platform

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to work from a home office and follow work-from-home best practices.
• Travel requirements up to 25% for clients, and company on-site work, retreats or workshops.
