Job Description

Defining and documenting the data transformations and mappings that need to occur between different data systems and applications

Designing and implementing queries for extracting metrics from different data systems and applications

Transforming the metrics into dashboard functionality that meets business visualization needs.

Designing and implementing highly visual, interactive, and layered dashboards

Dashboard User Acceptance Testing 

Developing and conducting dashboard training

Documenting all associated database management and dashboard processes

Transferring knowledge to the Tenant Ops team

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong experience is in developing highly visual, interactive, and layered dashboards

Strong understanding of business intelligence tools and analytics

Experience designing and building data warehouse systems

Sound knowledge of data extraction methodologies and query tools

In-depth experience with relational database management systems

Demonstrated knowledge of data structures and data integration

Technically proficient across a range of computing platforms, languages, and applications

High Level understanding of Cloud technologies

o Virtualization technologies: Openstack, KVM

o Compute technologies: Cisco UCS

o Storage technologies: NetApp, EMC

o Cloud Services: Amazon Web Services, Google, Rackspace

Qualifications

Typically requires BA/BS in related field and at least 5 years relevant experience.
