Role Overview

Eltropy is seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to support sales and revenue operations during a critical period. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep experience with SaaS pricing and contracts, and the ability to work onsite with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and analyze pricing calculators to support sales and deal structuring
  • Review, validate, and analyze SaaS contracts, sales contracts, and order forms for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing and contract data aligns with business rules
  • Extract, analyze, and report on data using SQL and advanced Excel
  • Maintain and update contract and deal data within Salesforce
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities within pricing and contract data
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making with data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or similar role
  • Proven hands-on experience with pricing calculators
  • Strong experience working with SaaS contracts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data is a plus
  • Experience with sales contracts and order forms
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams
  • Background in SaaS or B2B technology environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite setting
