Data Analyst III

itD is seeking a Data Analyst to build and optimize the data infrastructure that powers scalable outreach campaigns across Company's Scaled Partnerships organization, enabling efficient campaign targeting, activation, measurement, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, campaign data engineering, audience segmentation, and analytics, with a proven track record of developing scalable data pipelines, campaign-ready datasets, and automated reporting that drive data-informed business decisions.

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: Depending on experience.

Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, tables, and datasets that support campaign targeting, activation, and performance measurement.
  • Develop campaign-ready audience segments using eligibility criteria, product adoption signals, and program-specific segmentation logic.
  • Design and maintain tracking infrastructure for campaign attribution, pacing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with campaign operations teams to ensure data readiness, perform pre-launch data validation, and maintain high-quality campaign execution.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, outreach coverage, and overall program health.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve data integrity issues, maintain data documentation, and ensure governance across campaign datasets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Management, Data Foundations, Product, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL (Hive, Presto, MySQL, or similar).
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data tables.
  • Experience developing audience segmentation and campaign-ready datasets at scale.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality assurance, validation, and governance practices.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience supporting large-scale marketing, partnership, or campaign analytics programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Product, Operations, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Experience building campaign measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale outreach or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Experience within large technology or digital platform organizations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
