This is a remote position.

  • Build Rayda's data warehouse and analytics infrastructure, bringing together product, billing and customer interaction data from multiple systems.
  • Integrate and maintain data from platforms including Segment, PostHog, Customer.io and the core product.
  • Develop reliable data models and transformation layers that create a single source of truth for business data.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows to ensure data is accurate, consistent and accessible.
  • Develop high value datasets and analytical models that support Product, Growth, Commercial and leadership decision making.
  • Enable teams to self serve reliable data and insights without depending on manual reporting.
  • Identify and resolve data quality, consistency and integrity issues across source systems.
  • Analyse product and customer data to uncover usage patterns, churn risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Establish clear documentation and processes for data models, pipelines and the broader analytics environment.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Commercial and other teams to continuously improve Rayda's data capabilities.


  • Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience building a data warehouse or data lake from scratch.
  • Strong hands on experience with SQL, data modelling and data transformation.
  • Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses and data orchestration.
  • Experience working with event based data and product analytics.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems and working with fragmented or messy datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance and documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex product, billing and customer data into reliable, usable datasets and insights.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Growth and Commercial teams.
