We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing key business insights. Your work will directly influence product development, customer experience, and operational strategies. By leveraging data, you’ll help shape the future of Thrill.com, making it a leading name in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive product, marketing, and operational strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to identify and solve critical business challenges.

  • Data Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure data integrity, optimise data pipelines, and contribute to improving internal analytics processes.

What You’ll Need
  • 6+ years of experience in a data analysis role. Leadership experience a plus.

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large datasets.

  • Basic ETL skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Experience with Google Analytics / customer behaviour tracking tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up / scale-up environment.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (casino and sports betting).

  • Familiarity with blockchain analytics and on-chain data.

  • Experience working with ETL pipeline tools such as Clickhouse or Snowflake

  • Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and growth analytics.

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
