In this role as Data Analytics Engineer, In this role, you will build and maintain data pipelines, tools, and visualizations to enable organizational insights. You'll develop KPI reports, partner with engineers on data architecture, investigate metric changes, and explore trends for opportunities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, foster data-driven decision-making, and promote scalable, self-service data solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, tooling, and visualizations that make insights widely available across the organization
  • Identify, compute, and validate the appropriate data sources and metrics to create KPI reports
  • Partner with data engineers to design and implement a data architecture that bridges across data sources, analytics, and operational reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders and engineering to conduct investigations into changes in business metrics
  • Proactively explore trends in different business KPIs to surface future opportunities to enhance
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Coach partners to self-serve with existing tools, and evangelize for scaled approaches to expand data access and insights across the organization


Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, Business intelligence, data science, or related fields
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning concepts and experience working with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, and others, with proven communication and presentation skills to deliver actionable insights
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience working with operations functions
