You will leverage your technical background to model ROI and quantify the impact of agentic transformation, serving as the AMER BDR point of view with Product and Technology teams to shape automated, agentic solutions aligned to business needs.
In this role, you will optimize technology usage within Salesforce to support outbound BDR motions, identify challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions that translate business problems into scalable outcomes.
Responsibilities:

  • Experience automating data processes and workflows using Python, including integrating data from APIs and SQL sources, scheduling jobs, and building reliable, repeatable pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
  • Write efficient SQL queries (joins, aggregations, CTEs) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to support business reporting and decision-making
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and operational insights
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models, queries, and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, QA processes, and ongoing monitoring
  • Optimize existing dashboards and queries for performance and usability
  • Maintain documentation for logic and dashboard definitions to ensure transparency and consistency
  • Support ad hoc data requests and analysis to inform strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements, translate them into data solutions, and drive alignment on strategic priorities
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations and recurring business reviews, synthesizing complex data into concise, compelling narratives for leadership audiences

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, leveraging tools like Google Sheets, and applying strong logical reasoning to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, identify opportunities, and solve complex operational problems
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process optimization, root cause analysis, and driving scalable improvements and automation
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities and execute with urgency
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a proven ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business models quickly
