Stakeholder Partnership
  • Translate business questions into scalable data solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Product, GTM, and Operations leaders
  • Prioritize data initiatives based on business impact and ROI
  • Enable self-service analytics while maintaining guardrails

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward scalable solutions
  • Ability to balance short-term reporting needs with long-term architecture
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
  • High ownership and accountability for data accuracy and reliability
  • Comfort operating as both a hands-on architect and strategic leader

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Experience

  • dbt or similar analytics engineering frameworks
  • Experience with SaaS business models and subscription analytics

  • Data observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, Bigeye, custom monitoring)
  • Python for data tooling or analysis
  • Experience building semantic layers or metrics frameworks
What Success Looks Like (First 12–18 Months)
  • A well-architected, cost-efficient Snowflake environment with clear modeling standards
  • Reliable, automated ingestion from core operational, CRM, and financial systems
  • Expansion of BI beyond finance into sales, marketing, and operations
  • Consistent, trusted metrics adopted across teams
  • A clear roadmap for advanced analytics and future data science initiatives
  • Initial hiring and mentorship of analytics and/or data science team members
