NOTE: This is a 6-month contract.
About the job:
- Migrate data and analytics workloads from BigQuery to Snowflake
- Support GCP to AWS data platform migration
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL
- Build analytics-ready datasets for reporting and dashboards
- Support BI tools such as Looker, Amazon QuickSight, or Tableau
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with data architects, analytics, and DevOps teams
About you:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization)
- Strong Python experience for data processing
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with BigQuery
- Cloud experience on GCP and/or AWS
- Experience supporting BI tools (Looker, QuickSight, Tableau)
Nice to have:
- Experience with data migration projects
- Knowledge of dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
- Experience in multi-cloud environments
- Familiarity with data modeling and analytics use cases
