  • Automate data workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Matillion).
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy production-grade machine learning pipelines and manage APIs that serve model predictions.
  • Improve data quality, observability, lineage, and governance by implementing best practices in monitoring, alerting, and metadata tracking.

  • Proficient in SQL for complex query development and optimization across large datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Scala; experience with software engineering best practices (e.g., CI/CD, git workflows, testing).
  • Experience with cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, orDatabricks.
  • Experience with PatternMill and DataMasoN is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of modern ETL/ELT frameworks (e.g., DBT, Spark, Informatica, Matillion).
  • Familiarity with MPP and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Hive).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schema), data governance, and security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake.
  • Knowledge of event-driven data architectures and tools (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for data delivery and ML model serving.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Exposure to the healthcare or health tech industry, including knowledge of EHR, claims data, or call center analytics.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
  • Passion for automation, data observability, and proactive monitoring.
