Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native data platforms that power analytics, AI, and business decision-making. You thrive in environments where data is treated as a product, enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, and can bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with data, engineering, analytics, and AI teams to design and maintain modern data infrastructure that supports everything from reporting and business intelligence to machine learning and AI-driven initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT/ETL workflows in AWS
  • Develop and optimize data models within Snowflake to support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
  • Build reliable ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support machine learning and AI initiatives
  • Leverage Databricks and Spark-based technologies to process and transform large-scale datasets
  • Implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and observability best practices across the data platform
  • Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Design and maintain cloud-native data architectures using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and related technologies
  • Automate data workflows and orchestration processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
 Some Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining data solutions in Snowflake
  • Experience working with Databricks or similar large-scale data processing platforms
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML data ecosystems and supporting data pipelines for AI-driven applications
  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and data workflows
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
