- Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data related to invoices and payments
- Review and verify data to ensure completeness and correctness
- Organize and manage records in internal systems or spreadsheets
- Support basic administrative tasks related to accounting and operations
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Requirements
