- Drive Automation: Partner directly with our technology and product teams to bring forward ideas for automation, actively helping us transition from manual operations to fully automated solutions.
- Optimize Operations: Continuously identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to create massive efficiencies in your day-to-day workflow.
- Reconcile & Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve missing documents by comparing expected reporting dates against client expected deliverables to ensure zero gaps in data.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to financial services, operations, or high-volume administrative work is highly preferred.

- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong sense of urgency; you can churn through repetitive tasks accurately day-over-day without losing focus.
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn't just flag issues, but figures out the "why" behind them to prevent future errors.
- A builder's mindset: you get frustrated by inefficient, manual processes and naturally look for ways to automate them.
- Tech-savvy and highly adaptable; comfortable rapidly switching between multiple systems, portals, and platforms.
- A strong desire to learn about the alternative investment space through immersion in document reporting.
