We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to help maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of the data supporting our products and internal operations. You will work with data workflows, investigate inconsistencies, maintain records, and collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to keep information reliable and useful.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is analytical and detail-oriented but enjoys practical, operational work with data rather than purely analytical or software development tasks.

  • Perform regular data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or missing information

  • Investigate data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams

  • Maintain data records, spreadsheets, documentation, and operational trackers

  • Support recurring data imports, updates, and validation processes

  • Monitor data workflows and flag errors or unusual results

  • Prepare routine reports and data summaries for internal teams

  • Help document data processes, business rules, and standard procedures

  • Work with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve data-related issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and operational workflows

  • Support testing and validation of changes that affect data processes

  • Help establish and maintain consistent data-handling practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ year of experience in data operations, data entry, reporting, business operations, or a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate their causes

  • Organized approach to repetitive and detail-oriented tasks

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working with SaaS or technology products

  • Familiarity with SQL or basic database concepts

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data validation

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

  • Experience with data quality, reporting, or business intelligence tools

  • Experience working with APIs, data imports, or integrations

  • Previous experience supporting analytics or data teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

CerebriOS offers a remote-first working environment, professional development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support our team. Full details of compensation, benefits, and other employment terms will be discussed during the interview process.

HIRING PROCESS

Application review → introductory conversation → practical discussion → conversation with the team/manager → offer.

We aim to keep the process focused and respectful of your time, with clear communication throughout the process.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

CerebriOS is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

If you need an accommodation at any stage of the hiring process, please let us know and we will work with you to make the process accessible.
