We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will use a combination of advanced statistical methods, programming, and domain expertise to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights that inform an organization's strategic decisions and build smart products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models to predict trends, forecast outcomes, and drive actionable insights.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments, such as A/B testing, to evaluate the impact of data-driven solutions.
  • Perform rigorous exploratory data analysis (EDA), data mining, and statistical analysis on large, complex, and varied datasets.
  • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure data quality, integrity, and suitability for modeling.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for model training and deployment.
  • Develop production-ready code for models and algorithms, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and operationalized in real-time environments.
  • Establish and maintain monitoring systems to track the performance and health of deployed models in production.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in applied data science, machine learning, or analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex querying, performance optimization, and data modeling.
  • Practical knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation, validation, and deployment techniques

Clearance Required:

  • TS/SCI w/ poly
