We are seeking Database Administrators to support the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise databases that power intelligence and data solutions across a complex federal health ecosystem. In this role, you’ll manage database operations and availability while partnering with engineering teams to ensure platforms meet mission needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the reliability, performance, and integrity of enterprise databases that power intelligence and data solutions across a complex federal health data ecosystem. This includes managing database configurations, monitoring performance, supporting data availability, and collaborating with development and integration teams to ensure databases meet operational and mission needs. You’ll help maintain stable, secure, and scalable data stores that support analytics, reporting, and downstream integrations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience administering enterprise database systems in production environments
  • Strong understanding of database performance monitoring and tuning
  • Experience supporting data availability and operational reliability
  • Familiarity with data governance, access controls, and security best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, data engineers, and platform teams
  • Strong attention to operational detail and system stability
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Nice to haves:

  • Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines or data integration workflows
  • Exposure to machine learning pipelines or advanced analytics integration
  • Prior experience supporting DHA or other federal healthcare programs

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
