Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:

The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the casino database systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, player tracking databases, and loyalty programs. This role ensures data integrity, supports marketing and operational strategies, and provides data-driven insights to enhance player engagement and business performance. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino’s culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s marketing databases.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into customer behavior and trends.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns based on database analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing quality control measures.
  • Create and generate reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts and improve customer data management.
  • Develop strategies for data collection and database expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Train database team data analysis best practices tools and techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of marketing through the use of database analytics.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficient in database querying languages and tools (SQL, Access, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in database software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of database marketing, customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Understanding of data privacy standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with proof approvals, data validation and advertising workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, IT, Statistics or relevant field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a casino/gaming database marketing or similar role required.
  • Experience with casino marketing programs such as Konami, Everi, and QCI preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
  • All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
  • Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions.
  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for the duration of their shift.
Work Conditions:

Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.  Work includes the maintenance and care of the assigned work area. Work is typically performed in an office environment. However, work may be in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage.

Pay Range

$85,000/Annually
