The Opportunity

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be a core part of our deal desk team, working closely with the Sales and Customer Success Organizations. You will support and execute deal desk processes, including managing complex deals, pricing strategies, and deal reviews across all lines of business. Your work will directly impact the company's revenue and sales growth as we continue to scale the Deal Desk function internally.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct thorough deal reviews to evaluate deal structure, terms, discount requests, and revenue implications
  • Configure quotes and manage deal approvals in CPQ systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from submission to close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve deal blockers and obtain necessary approvals
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to sales teams on deal structuring, pricing options, and non-standard term requests
  • Develop creative solutions that meet customer needs while protecting company interests
  • Assist in the Order Management review, ensuring the accuracy of our booked revenue
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless information flow between Deal Desk, Finance, and other revenue systems
  • Support end-of-quarter activities and high-priority deals with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes and workflows as the function scales to support business growth
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and responsive partner
  • Support ad-hoc projects that enhance deal desk processes and improve the operational efficiency of our sellers
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in Deal Desk in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Comfortable with B2B SaaS metrics, particularly with details like TCV, ACV, and ARR
  • Strong understanding of B2B quote-to-cash processes and general deal segmentation strategies
  • Proficient with CPQ tools, Dealhub is a plus
  • Salesforce experience required: understands Salesforce objects at a high level, can build reports and dashboards to understand business trends.
  • Able to structure deals and manage dealflow effectively with varying constructs (currency, term length, deal type)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity at times
  • Based in MST or PST time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with varying levels within Sales and CS. Is able to effectively communicate in a virtual environment. Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

United States: 
Zone 1: $118,000 – $145,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $106,000 – $137,000/year (USD)
 
Canada: 
Zone 1: $91,000 – $126,000/year (CAD)
