About the Role:

Veza is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Deal Desk Analyst to support our end-to-end Quote-to-Cash operations. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, pricing governance, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.

As a key partner to the field, you will serve as the first line of defense for deal structuring and the primary administrator for our quoting platform, Nue.io CPQ. You will bridge the gap between sales velocity and corporate governance, ensuring that complex transactions are structured effectively and compliantly. This is a high-impact opportunity to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction in the contracting process.

We’re looking for a hands-on PROBLEM SOLVER—someone who thrives in ambiguity, acts with accountability, and is eager to dig into systems and processes to make them better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Structuring & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals. Assist in designing quotes that balance customer needs with company profitability.
  • Quote Review & Approval: Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms, ensuring strict compliance with internal discounting policies, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), and legal guidelines.
  • Nue.io CPQ Administration: Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ. Collaborate with RevOps to maintain the product catalog, configure pricing rules, and troubleshoot approval workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating effectively with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders to resolve commercial blockers and secure necessary approvals.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing support and training to the Sales and CS teams on quoting processes, best practices, and new system enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of subscription pricing models, SaaS contracting terms, and basic revenue recognition principles.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex rules to sales teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Background in Identity Security or regulated industries

Our Culture

We’re driven to build a strong company culture and are looking for individuals with solid alignment with the following:

  • Ownership Mindset
  • Act with Integrity
  • Guardians of our Customers
  • Opinionated Humility
  • Build Trust, Earn Trust
