About the role:

We're looking for a Deal Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing Deal Strategy & Operations team. This role serves as a critical partner to our sales organization, enabling efficient deal execution while maintaining pricing integrity and revenue quality. In this role, you'll review and structure non-standard SaaS contracts, evaluate pricing requests, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to expedite deal approvals. You'll be responsible for ensuring all deals are accurately configured in our CPQ system, comply with revenue recognition standards, and align with company policies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance business flexibility with financial discipline. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full revenue lifecycle while directly impacting our ability to close deals quickly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Quarterback non-standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams (Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Product, etc.) to ensure that all deals align with business strategies and guidelines

  • Master and help evolve deal policies, including contract terms, pricing & packaging, contractual requirements, etc.

  • Partner with Account Executives on forming deals, and help translate deal structures to Order Forms for complex deals in partnership with Commercial Legal

  • Create operational processes, process documentation, and enable Sales Teams on best practices, tools, and workflows to ensure effective deal execution

  • Monitor and ensure that internal requests are addressed thoughtfully and with urgency

How to be successful in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations

  • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions (Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, etc.) to achieve common goals

  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes

  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to equip the business in a strategic manner and communicate big picture opportunities

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • You are skilled at prioritization, effectively balancing urgent support requests with long-term project work.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

Annual salary range: $145,000-$174,000 USD
