- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in software engineering projects

- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to improve software solutions
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Kotlin to develop and test cutting-edge applications
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Overseeing the deployment of enterprise application architecture and integration solutions
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality software products
- Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and other methodologies to validate software quality
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address software development challenges

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
