We’re hiring a Demand Generation Marketer to own and scale our pipeline generation efforts across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can build campaigns, experiment quickly, and drive measurable impact on revenue.

You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate positioning into programs that attract, engage, and convert the right customers.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership role that blends:

  • Multi-channel demand generation strategy and execution

  • Campaign development and performance optimization

  • Experimentation across audiences, messaging, and channels

  • Close alignment with sales and product marketing

You’ll own the end-to-end demand engine — from campaign strategy to execution to pipeline impact.

What You’ll DoCampaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships

  • Build programs that generate qualified pipeline across target accounts in insurance and wealth management

  • Translate product positioning into high-performing campaigns and messaging

  • Own campaign calendars and ensure alignment with product launches and GTM priorities

Pipeline Generation & Growth
  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline through creative and data-driven initiatives

  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to support account-based and outbound strategies

  • Optimize conversion across the funnel — from awareness to pipeline to revenue

  • Manage and improve lead generation, routing, and nurturing processes

Experimentation & Optimization
  • Continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve performance

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights

  • Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid, organic, and event channels

  • Build dashboards and reporting to track pipeline contribution and ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy

  • Work with Sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline goals and target accounts

  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market priorities and growth initiatives

  • Support product launches with integrated demand generation programs

About You
  • 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs

  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.)

  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams

  • Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results

Bonus
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies

  • Experience working closely with SDR teams and outbound motions

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
