Here at Malwarebytes, we believe that when you’re free from threats, you’re free to thrive. It all started in 2008 with one person who needed help with a malware infection, and a community coming together to find solutions. In that moment in time a product was born for all people, with a mission to rid the world of malware. Our product has since grown and evolved, from removing malware, to protecting devices, to ever-changing prevention.

ThreatDown is looking for..

A Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate buyer journeys, and fuel revenue growth across priority segments in North America and Latin America.

This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Digital Marketing to design, execute, and optimize full-funnel programs targeting IT leaders, security buyers, MSPs, and mid-market decision-makers.

You are equal parts strategist and operator—comfortable building campaign strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute, measure, and optimize.

As a channel-first cybersecurity SaaS organization, our growth depends on building strong, trusted partnerships and activating our partners with impactful co-marketing programs. This role will focus on developing lead generation through new and existing programs, and positioning ThreatDown as a best-in-class partner in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, thrives in cross-functional environments, and understands how to drive pipeline through partner relationships in complex, multi-region markets.

Compensation Range: $115-130K Annually

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs aligned to revenue targets and GTM priorities.
  • Build persona-based campaigns targeting CISOs, IT Directors, security practitioners, MSPs, and channel partners.

  • Activate campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, field marketing, partner programs, and retargeting.
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling assets (eBooks, case studies, landing pages, webinars, videos).
  • Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure proper attribution, lead scoring, and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and performance dashboards.
  • Support forecasting and quarterly planning processes.

Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience preferably within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or channel-first organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex buying environment.
