Job Brief:

Wayvia is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize the programs that turn strategy into pipeline and customer value. This role owns demand execution, lifecycle marketing, and website/SEO performance, working in close partnership with agencies. This role is responsible for running the engine, improving efficiency, and reporting on results.

Essential Function:

Demand & Funnel Execution

  • Execute demand generation programs across channels with agency partners
  • Support ABM and targeted campaigns aligned to GTM priorities
  • Manage lead flow, handoff, and nurture programs

Customer Lifecycle Marketing

  • Launch and manage lifecycle programs supporting onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on lifecycle moments and use cases
  • Use marketing to drive engagement within the existing customer base

Website, SEO & CRO Ownership

  • Own website backlog, prioritization, and performance outcomes
  • Partner with agencies on SEO strategy and execution
  • Lead CRO testing and optimization efforts

Performance & Reporting

  • Track pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and lifecycle engagement
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and optimization learnings
  • Use data to prioritize experiments and improvements

Collaboration

  • Execute against priorities set by the SVP of Strategy
  • Use Product Marketing frameworks to guide demand motions
  • Partner with Brand to ensure narrative consistency

Requirements:

  • 6–9 years experience in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience owning pipeline stages, website performance, or lifecycle programs
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable being measured on outcomes
  • Experience working with agencies and holding them accountable
  • Comfortable operating in a complex B2B SaaS funnel

Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is $120,000 - 140,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
