The Role

We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the demand engine at Suite.

This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by creating awareness, capturing buying intent, and converting interest into sales opportunities. You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our demand generation programs across digital channels while continuously improving how prospects discover, engage with, and buy from Suite.

This is more than campaign execution. We're looking for someone who understands how to build demand from first principles—someone who can identify where growth opportunities exist, develop hypotheses, launch programs quickly, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations and Leadership to ensure marketing is driving measurable business impact.

Most importantly, you're an independent operator who combines creativity with analytical rigor and uses AI to accelerate execution, not replace strategic thinking.

What You'll Own

Demand Generation Strategy
  • Own demand generation strategy focused on qualified pipeline creation and revenue growth

  • Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and outbound support

  • Build full-funnel programs that move prospects from awareness through qualified opportunity

  • Identify new channels and growth opportunities through continuous experimentation

  • Partner with leadership to define quarterly pipeline targets and marketing priorities

Campaign Execution
  • Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across relevant channels

  • Own landing pages, conversion paths, nurture programs, and campaign testing

  • Create audience segmentation based on personas, buying stages, industries, and use cases

  • Improve campaign performance through continuous testing of messaging, creative, offers, and targeting

  • Launch campaigns quickly while maintaining high quality and strong operational discipline

AI-Driven Marketing
  • Leverage AI to accelerate research, content creation, campaign production, audience segmentation, personalization, and reporting

  • Build repeatable AI-powered workflows that improve marketing velocity and efficiency

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and determine where they create measurable business value

  • Use AI to enhance, not replace, marketing strategy, customer understanding, and decision making

Pipeline & Funnel Optimization
  • Improve conversion across every stage of the marketing funnel

  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up, and pipeline progression

  • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates

  • Recommend and implement improvements based on customer behavior and campaign performance

  • Ensure marketing programs generate measurable pipeline rather than vanity metrics

Analytics & Measurement
  • Develop reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue

  • Monitor campaign performance, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Build dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Use data to prioritize investments and guide future marketing strategy

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS company.

  • You've owned pipeline generation and understand what it takes to build predictable demand in an early-stage environment where resources are limited and experimentation is expected.

  • You’ve built demand generation programs in an early-stage B2B SaaS company where you had to create pipeline, not simply manage an existing marketing machine.

  • You have experience with: Paid acquisition programs, email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, campaign analytics and attribution, AI-powered marketing tools and workflows

  • You enjoy environments where you’re responsible for driving awareness, acquisition, and top-of-funnel growth.

  • You know how to balance creative thinking with disciplined execution and are comfortable owning results from strategy through implementation.

  • You understand how marketing influences revenue—not just lead volume

Benefits at Suite:

  • Best in class health & dental

  • Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility (for those located in the Denver/Boulder area)

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Fitness & wellness stipend

  • Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday
Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.
