About the role:
As a Lead Demand Generation, you will run our ABM and B2B demand gen engine under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. You’ll turn strategy into execution, partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline from priority accounts across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
What you'll do:
- Execute ABM & B2B demand gen strategy with the Head of Marketing
- Run multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, paid, outbound support, content)
- Own lead + account ops: sourcing, scoring, routing, nurturing
- Partner with SDRs/AEs on cadences and follow-up plays
- Report on funnel performance and experiment to improve conversion
- You’ll be the operator who makes Snappr’s ABM and B2B engine run.
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Tools You’ll Use
What you'll need:
- 2+ years in B2B Demand Gen / Growth Marketing / Revenue Operations (SaaS or tech-enabled services a plus)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline from target accounts
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or another CRM and at least some of: RollWorks, Rb2b, Apollo, Unify, Zapier
- Data-driven, comfortable owning dashboards and funnel metrics
- Self-starter, takes the initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A "let's get it done" mindset
