Job Overview
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role focuses on paid media, email marketing, and campaign operations, ensuring all campaigns are launched accurately, tracked effectively, and continuously improved.
This is a highly execution-focused role with clear ownership of campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who understands how to translate strategy into action, with deep experience in paid search and a strong understanding of attribution, campaign structure, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage digital campaigns across Google PPC, LinkedIn, retargeting, display advertising, and email marketing
- Own campaign setup and execution across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, AdRoll, Meta, and Reddit
- Manage paid search performance, including keyword strategy, bid optimization, budget pacing, negative keywords, and performance monitoring
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and pipeline impact
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture programs within Pardot and Salesforce
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to target audiences, messaging, and overall marketing strategy
- Maintain accurate Salesforce campaign structure, including naming conventions, campaign hierarchy, member statuses, and reporting alignment
- Ensure proper UTM tracking, attribution, conversion tracking, and platform integrations are in place
- Perform detailed QA across campaigns, including ads, emails, landing pages, forms, targeting, and workflows prior to launch
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all campaign components
- Monitor campaign performance and develop reporting that provides clear insights into effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and areas for improvement
- Provide recommendations based on data to improve performance and scalability
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment between campaigns, pipeline goals, and business priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google PPC and paid media execution
- Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, retargeting, and display channels
- Experience in managed services (MSP), cybersecurity, or B2B services environments strongly preferred.
- Experience building and executing email campaigns and nurture programs
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce campaign structure, reporting, and attribution
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
$115,000 - $130,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
