  • ABM Support: Research high-priority accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them for strategic outreach.

  • Sales Enablement: Create email templates, call scripts, and collateral for the sales team to use in following up on marketing-generated interest.

  • Content & Assets: Develop lead-nurturing email sequences and assist in developing landing pages or digital assets to support campaign goals.

  • Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates) and provide reports to help optimize lead quality and marketing efficiency.

  • Lead Management: Vet incoming leads and ensure qualified prospects are efficiently handed over to Sales with relevant background info.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships in B2B demand generation or sales development preferred).

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

  • Communication: Strong writing skills are essential for creating persuasive emails and marketing copy.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and a curiosity for identifying trends in buyer behavior.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Operations.

Our Values (The Iron Mountain Way)

  • Act with Integrity: We are open and honest and live our values every day.

  • Own Safety & Security: We protect ourselves and each other from harm, and secure our customers’ assets as if they were our own.

  • Build Customer Value: We constantly look for ways to better serve our customers and improve their business.

  • Take Ownership: We take personal responsibility for the success of our teams, our customers, and our company.

  • Promote Inclusion & Teamwork: We look for and value each other’s unique ideas and perspectives to get better results.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Flexible vacation time.

  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.

Reasonably expected salary range: $68,400.00 - $85,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
